Saturday had the makings of one of those games where a team like No. 2 Arizona (7-0) could've been sluggish and found itself in a tight game against Norfolk State late into the second half and in danger of being upset. Although there were moments early on where the Wildcats did look a little sluggish and found themselves in a 32-28 game with just over four minutes left in the first half. Why William Saliba Isn’t Playing for Arsenal vs. Chelsea
37+ min ago (444+ words) Arsenal revealed that William Saliba suffered "a knock in training" which forced him to miss Sunday's lofty Premier League clash with Chelsea. The talismanic French defender started 10 of Arsenal's first 11 Premier League fixtures this season, missing just the 30 win over Nottingham Forest in September with a twisted ankle. News of Saliba's absence for the trip to Chelsea came as an almighty surprise. Much of the buildup to the high-stakes London derby had been dominated by potential returnees. Cole Palmer would be back for the Blues and Mikel Arteta teased reunions with a glut of Arsenal absentees. Viktor Gy'keres and Gabriel Jesus duly returned to the matchday squad on Sunday, but Saliba's absence will serve as a serious blow. Arkansas rotating quarterbacks doesn't work against Missouri either
1+ hour ago (822+ words) FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. " Arkansas tried something different in the season finale, giving freshman KJ Jackson his first career start while senior Taylen Green played in his final game inside Razorback Stadium. The plan was simple to reward both quarterbacks for strong practice weeks and trust that a shared workload might give the Razorbacks the push they needed. But the night still finished in a familiar place, as Missouri pulled away late for a 31-17 win. This was not a surprise twist in a season that started wobbling in September and sailed off the rails in October hitting the ditch in November. With Bobby Petrino coaching the Hogs for the final time as interim coach, Arkansas entered the game hoping to find clarity on offense. Jackson delivered early, showing the calm presence the staff had praised. He completed 11 of 17 passes for 126 yards and…...
1+ hour, 23+ min ago (570+ words) The Detroit Lions' playoff hopes took another big hit this week, as multiple games throughout Thanksgiving and Black Friday had a significant impact. For starters, the Lions lost to the Green Bay Packers to drop to 7-5, then the Chicago Bears defeated the Philadelphia Eagles to improve to 9-3 on the season and build a two-game advantage over Detroit. The Lions still have the head-to-head tiebreaker over the Bears and will play them again in Week 18, meaning if they can make up one game between Week 14 and Week 17 they could still be in a position to surpass them, as long as the Packers haven't taken the division lead by then. Green Bay swept the Lions for the first time in the Dan Campbell era this season, meaning they would have the tiebreaker should the two teams finish with the same record. However,…...

First off, Cincinnati needs Buffalo to handle business against the Steelers. The Bengals' easiest path to the playoffs is by winning the division. They gained a game on Baltimore this week. Lions DE, LB Graded Poorly by PFF in Loss to Packers
2+ hour, 13+ min ago (347+ words) The Detroit Lions suffered a tough loss on Thursday to a division rival, one that puts their playoff hopes in serious jeopardy. Detroit dropped to 7-5 with the loss, as the Packers defeated them 31-24 on Thanksgiving at Ford Field. The loss also had a cost, as wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown was injured and left the game in the first quarter. In St. Brown's absence, the Lions leaned on Jameson Williams to be the top option out wide. The Alabama product didn't disappoint, coming up big with seven catches for 144 yards and a touchdown. He was the team's highest graded player by Pro Football Focus, with a 91.2 overall offensive grade. Williams was also complimented by the performance of Tom Kennedy. Signed to the active roster Wednesday night, Kennedy stepped up in place of Kalif Raymond who was out with an injury....
